Is it hot in here or are you just Irish?
It was a heat wave yesterday. 24 degrees. Centigrade, that is. Which means it was a whopping 75 degrees for the rest of us. I think my favourite part of the day, other than strolling along the beach in shorts and t-shirt, was the part when Flatmate Suzie recounted that it was the hottest day ever in Ireland. Hotter than she can recall in a long, long time. Yep, it doesn’t get any worse than this. Children frolicking in the water, trying to cool down. People staying “in out of the heat”. And sunburns for all.

I'd say we are starting to hit the 90s in LA. And that is just the start. Wait until mid July. Let the mega sun burns begin.
In Dallas we are approaching the 100s (at least in the heat index) -- the paints just melt off the canvas. Something to be said for the cool summer days in Ireland.
Oh, so that's my friend Billy and he's a rocking digital artist, among other things, so visit his website here and buy lots of canvases from him: http://www.whimdesigns.com/
